Intelecom will demerge from Opplysningen AS, Herkules III has acquired Intelecom from; A. Wilhelmsen Capital, Kistefos Venture Capital, Telenor Communications II AS and other minority shareholders. The sales process with Herkules is expected to be completed in mid-September.
